Monitoring and analysis of the political and regulatory framework

What we do in practice

A foreign government wishes to benefit from a regular analysis of the French political situation, with a particular focus on the image that the country enjoys among French decision-makers.

adValorem proposes to the client to set up a weekly briefing on the situation in the country and on the specific issues identified with the client. It co-drafts the embassy's newsletter, which is intended to be a bridge between two friendly countries.

What we do in practice

Economic and regulatory studies

Design, production and circulation of analyses and expert reports for public decision-makers with a view to influencing them.
What we do in practice
Following the Government's declaration of its desire to relax the regulations of a particularly controlled sector in France, several professional organisations entrusted adValorem with the task of carrying out an economic impact study, in partnership with a leading research institute. The study established the impact of relaxing legislation in this sector at several hundred million euros. The government indicated that it intended to take into account all the points raised in the study in its deliberations. A counter-study conducted by a strategy firm could not oppose the results of the analyses conducted by adValorem.
Results for the client
A direct influence on the choices of the authorities that revised their regulatory project in the light of the results of the prospective study conducted by adValorem.
